Be responsible for all activities under your account

3. SERVICE MODEL
Fatafat Abuja is a marketplace platform, not a seller or manufacturer.
Products are fulfilled by third-party vendors, and deliveries are completed by independent riders/logistics partners.
Fatafat Abuja is not responsible for:
Food preparation
Product quality
Vendor pricing
Vendor availability
However, we work closely with vendors to ensure quality and standards.
4. ORDERING & PAYMENT
Customers place orders through our platform.
Payments are processed securely via Paystack or other payment gateways.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
You are authorized to use the selected payment method
All provided information is accurate
We reserve the right to cancel orders for suspected fraud or incorrect information.
5. DELIVERY
Delivery times may vary depending on:
Vendor preparation time
Rider availability
Distance
Weather, traffic, or unforeseen events
While we strive for fast delivery, delivery times are not guaranteed.
Customers must ensure:
Accurate delivery addresses
Availability to receive orders
If a rider is unable to reach you after 3 attempts, the order may be marked as “Failed Delivery.”
6. PRICING & FEES
Prices displayed on the platform are set by vendors.
Additional fees may apply, including:
Delivery fees
Service fees
Packaging fees
Surge/peak time fees (if applicable)
All fees will be shown at checkout.
7. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is available on our website.
You acknowledge and accept that:
Refunds are issued only under specific conditions
Food already prepared may not be refundable
Refund approval may require vendor confirmation

9. RIDER / LOGISTICS PARTNER TERMS
Riders and logistics partners agree to:
Maintain valid IDs, licenses, and bike documents
Handle deliveries safely and professionally
Follow all traffic and safety regulations
Respect customers and vendors
Report issues immediately
Non-compliance may result in removal from the platform.
10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users, vendors, and riders may not:
Use the platform for illegal activities
Misrepresent identity or business information
Upload harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content
Interfere with platform operations
Attempt unauthorized access to systems
Engage in misconduct towards other users
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Fatafat Abuja is not liable for:
Delays in delivery
Food quality or safety issues
Vendor inaccuracies (pricing, availability, etc.)
Actions of independent riders
Losses due to incorrect addresses provided
Loss of income, profits, or business
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the platform — logos, text, images, designs, branding, UI — is owned by Fatafat Abuja or licensed to us.
